2008 REGOLITH EXCAVATION CHALLENGE Snapshot
Media Rich Event to Cover
The 2008 Regolith Excavation Challenge scheduled for Saturday, Aug. 2nd, at California Polytechnic State University,
College of Engineering San Luis Obispo (Cal Poly) has 25 teams registered this year for the event. The winning purse is $750,000,
up from $250,000 last year. The autonomous excavating rovers are more complex and exotic in appearance--a photojournalist's heaven.
Primalmedia is excited to be a part of the event that is hosted by the California Space Education Workforce Institute (CSEWI),
